Reviews
"Just a glorified fulfillment center. Plenty of employees puttering around hiding in the warehouse, no help available in the actual store. Just buy it cheaper from someone else online, at bb they’ll just watch you wait for help and do nothing."
"Always out of stock on accessories, such as bags for DJI drones. Staff for this section are not found either. Big waste of time to come out here. Bathroom unsanitary, no paper seats, pee sprayed across the floor. No toilet paper."
"Very good customer service and friendly and helpful staffs. The best Best Buy i have ever visited."
"(Disclaimer, this isn't about the employees at this store, they were nice enough.) Best Buy NEEDS a review process for open box items. You need to give your employees the resources to actually test used items. I received a "Satisfactory" TV with no box, no stand, no power cable, no remote, and no buttons to control it with. When I plugged it in, the entire middle 75% of the screen was completely destroyed as if someone had hit it with a baseball bat a couple times. NONE of this was disclosed to me before I purchased it. In fact, I was pushed to buy it on the phone after I tried to call to ask about its condition and return policies. I was definitely just talking to some call center. I feel incredibly let down because I drove an hour each way to pick this up. This wasted my time and gas and my entire evening. I don't think anyone actually tests these, the guys who helped me at the front of the store had no clue of the item's condition. Do not buy anything open box unless they demonstrate it in front of your eyes before you take it home. I had been warned, but I decided to give it a chance, and what I was warned of was 100% reality."
