Papaya Clothing

"We were shopping for shoes and not one of the three employees could be bothered to greet us, assist us, ask if we need help. One was shifting clothes around right by us but couldn’t bother to even say hi or ask if we needed anything. I will NEVER EVER shop at this horrible store. The rudest people ever."

"Papaya does NOT have great store associates!!!! They all stood around chatting until u asked for help then rolled there eyes when u requested help OR a fitting room.I even saw a woman leave because no one helped her get into a fitting room even though she was standing infront of the entrance to the fitting rooms and the store associate just kept walking by her in and out of the fitting room area and NEVER asked if she needed a room to try on her items!!! The woman ended up putting her items on a random rack and walked out! What happened to great sales girls in clothing stores!!! None of them speak to u (except the girl who rang me up!!) But all the other store associates NEVER asked how we were or if we needed help finding anything, nor did they tell us about any sells or promotions. No one worked the fitting rooms which was weird because I used to be a manager of wet seal and also worked loss prevention in clothing stores, no wonder people can steal so easily if the sales girls are too busy chatting and hanging out and not wanting to provide adequate customer service! Our cashier was sweet though. But they need to either train these girls to provide better customer service or hire better people! We ended up spending about $200 bucks on clothes too....next time I will just skip papaya and go to wet seal! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store! You are better off shopping at wet seal, H&M, Charlotte Russe, Macy's, or any other clothing store for that matter!"

"Papaya is hands down my favorite store in the mall. Cheap prices, high quality clothing & bags, etc. Everytime I go to the mall I end up with something cute from here. Customer service is good and employees are nice! Idk what those other ppl were talking about on here but this review is as of december 2021.. Papaya is way cheaper by a long shot than other nice clothing stores in the mall and their items are way cuter. Great quality stuff and even better prices."

"I’ve been to this Temecula location twice. Both times I had the most horrible customer service. No assistance at all, no answers to questions and just really rude employees. It’s like they intentionally look for rude people who have no idea how to do their job. Hire some better employees or train the current ones. On too of that, the store has a really bad odor! If this location is someone’s first visit to Papaya, they’ll never visit another one again. Just awful."
