"Hi Hushi excellent sushi at the price that is hard to beat in this town. There is only one other place that is cheaper and close to the great deals. However, Hi Sushi wins in the end. The food is just that much better. The staff is very friendly to its customers. Although not the most impressive of the sushi restaurants in Bakersfield, the atmosphere and seating arrangements are organized and clean."
"This is not a "great" restaurant in the usual sense. In my mind though, it is "great" in a more important sense. They give me consistently good, comforting food in a clean, pleasant environment. This is by no means a trendy restaurant. No surprises here. It is most definitely, me & my wife's go-to place for sushi though. It has been that for years and years now. In that sense, Hi-Sushi is always a GREAT dining experience."
