"This location was definitely run by the owner. I got a family meal and it was short on meat, short on rice and the mixed veggies were legit 90% cabbage!! It was a grumpy lady working there, no other workers. Definitely the owner trying to save money!! Go to a different location, you'll get waaay more! Try the one on Channel Islands. I go out of my way to go to that one instead, its worth it"

"A very average WaBa location. The food was okay and seemed consistent to other WaBa locations. The person at the register taking orders was not very friendly. He wasn’t rude or mean, just not welcoming. I placed my order and got my food relatively fast. I ordered the steak and chicken plate combo. The food was fine and it tasted as expected. Nothing great, nothing terrible; just right in the middle. Overall, an average meal with a below average atmosphere and service."

"The food is great but the Asian lady is very sassy. I asked for a beef bowl with rice and veggies and was very hard to tell her. She responded back with attitude and walk back very standoffish. I asked for hot sauce and she gave me 1 and then when I ask for her another she just stared at me. Not good service. Other than that- I was not impressed."
