"Love my Mila’s !"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. They clearly had manufacturing issues with their early products. We were early adopters of the Mila air purifiers (purchased in 2020, and shipped on the last day of the year). One unit arrived working intermittently (would turn itself off and need to reset it multiple times to function), and the other unit was making a loud high pitched hissing nose when the fan was on. Mila gave us a "good-will" replacement for the one that was making a noise (since it was beyond our , but said that the other unit was functioning as it should be. Fast forward another few months, the unit that was intermittently working finally completely died and couldn't be turned back on. Mila's CSR basically said tough luck since you are out of the warranty period, the best they can do is to offer a replacement unit at 99 dollars (normally 149 dollars). These guys deliberately sent out units that were not up to standard and refused to replace them when the units failed."
