"I am so upset I forgot to get a picture!! This place was so amazing. The food was so flavorful and full of umami. The service was so quick, knowledgeable and helpful. Happy hour lunch bento box was filled with so much food. The salad dressing had so much depth. The takoyaki had full pieces of octopus in it. The tempura was hot, crisp, and sweet. The rice was perfection. Even the basic rolls were thoughtful. The salmon collar was by far the best and most fresh I’ve had."

"We randomly came to Kazoku and it was a busy pleasant surprise! Every sushi roll and morsel of food we had here was outstanding. They have fresh fish and ingredients. Great happy hour deals. Our waitress Noni was incredibly attentive and provided great service. Highly recommend!"

"In the heart of Thai Town here stands out Japanese cuisine. Specifically a sushi bar and restaurant. Nestled in one of the popular plaza for Thai cuisine, parking is valet during evening hours competing space for many of the other restaurants around. Street parking is the other option which requires a bit of attention to the meters and signage. Ingredients are mostly fresh with the exception of Mondays, the sushi menu is laden with sweet sauces and feels like it caters to none serious sushi seekers. Simple rolls are decent and priced on par, but other rolls hover over the $18 price tag which is a bit of a sticker shock. Nigiri is slightly above average and also priced a tad high for what you are really getting although the seafood is good. Opened till 11pm is what Kazoku is great for. Like many of the other restaurants in vicinity, this is the savor."
