"I have not been to this location in over two years. Today, during a visit, I remembered why. Customer service is lacking. My rewards did not work during checkout, and I caught it after the transaction was done. Rather than help me problem solve it, I was told I used the app wrong. As a loyal savemart shopper, I am confident in how to use the app and don't appreciate the remarks the customer service desk said to me. Will not be returning to this location."
"Ordered a cake for my daughters 11th birthday 10 days in advance and i drive 25 minutes one way to pick up and i get there and they don’t even have the cake, all they say is they don’t know what happened with the cake. This is the second location i have ordered at and had an issue with, a different location completely messed up my sons birthday cake 6 months prior. I should have stuck with my go to food maxx. I will never give this place my buisness ever again."
