"Went to buy my WIC items. Total rung up with way more balance than I calculated so I was checking the receipt and asked cashier what it took off towards my WIC. He just looks at me with irritated IDGAF face and says “I don’t know.” Then I had to ask him if there’s someone who could help me figure it out and with irritation he said uh… you’ll have to go to customer service. All I know if he wasn’t customer service friendly or helpful at all and had an irritated attitude. Please don’t go to this Safeway if you want good help. There’s Bel Air across the street that helps you out much more and cares about their customers."

"CHRISTMAS DAY. Very crowded with Long lines through the rows. No available shopping carts. The flow was slow. All aisles stocked with food. Store looking good. Thanks for being OPEN!!"

"Called in placed my order with Dillon. I ordered a half sheet chocolate cake with strawberries (mickey mouse theme) and added writing to the cake. Also ordered 4 dozen cupcakes. I placed this a week before my son's 1st birthday party. Within the week of my son's birthday party I called again to double check on my order got Dillon again on the phone he had no recollection of the order ..so I ordered it again. He even gave me his phone number so I can send him the picture of the cake. The day of my son's birthday party my mother went to pick up the cake & cupcakes. When my mother brought the cake& cupcakes to the party, first thing I saw was that the cupcakes were pink. I asked for red frosting on 24 and yellow frosting on the other 24 not pink. 2nd the cake didn't have the proper writing that I asked for. I asked for it to say happy 1st Birthday (with my son's name)it just said happy birthday with my son's name. 3rd when we cut the cake it wasn't choclate it was vanilla. I asked for choclate. I paid over 100.00 for everything. This was horrible service! And I didn't appreciate it. The fact that I had to call 2x to place my order and it was still wrong is very frustrating."

"This is one of my favorite places to go because: Firstly, the space is clean and tidy, easy to choose. Second, the staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The third is fresh or canned food… very diverse, easy to choose."
