"We were in the other day and a young man named ,Cincere helped us, he was so knowledgeable and polite. Great customer service! Thanks to all of the staff at this store, you guys are a great team, you have really cleaned and organized it well. The layout is much more user friendly now. We certainly appreciate you guys opening every day, I know that isn’t the easiest store to run. Just remember, this is preparing you for GREAT things! "The workers are so rude. I showed up nearly 15 minutes before they closed. The doors were locked and no acknowledgement from the workers. She let a customer out and said they're closed. I explained they shouldn't close until 8. She said they have paying customers in line and are down a register. Well, I'm a paying customer. The guy opened the door, looked at us and slammed the door as if he were irritated. This explains why they have such a low rating."

"I shop my local dollar general about 4-9 times a month...... From a customer's perspective the customer service has been a struggle to say the least I will say that the customer service I experienced August September of 2022 is nothing like the customer service that I continue to experience on an ongoing basis noticeably improved since the beginning of this year. There are a few standout employees that go above and beyond and I can definitely tell that they take pride in their own work ethic and it shines through. Specifically I am continuously impressed with Tasia, Avery and Devontay. It absolutely makes a 1000 percent difference in where I want to spend my money, as opposed to dollar general being my last resort because of the convenience...... Lately it's been my go to for all of my crafting needs. I would love to see my favorite associates promoted to the management team...... So that great service is the prototype. Please keep up the good work!!!!!"

"This Store I bought a Eyeglass Rope Holder even though it is only $2 the employee did not put it in my bag and didn't even give me a receipt for the 2 bags of chips and 2 cat food bags and candy and Diet Dr. Pepper. Very upset I feel ripped off even though it is but $2 and I can't even go back now cause they not going to do anything about it. Now I must put stuff in my pocket after I pay for it to knowI got it."
