"When I first started going to this store I was impressed. Not so much lately. Went tonight the help was rude like he didn't want to be there. Also there were 0 carts. How do you expect people to shop?? I am a disabled senior and was going to get quite a few things but nothing to put them in!!Just dumb way to do business.."
"Pulled up on a Wednesday night around 9:02 p.m. doors were locked main store lights were shut off looked to be as if employees were hanging out in the back room. online hours State they close 10:00 p.m. so does their front door. Inconvenient to drive to find the store close an hour earlier than their regular store hours"
"I have only been here once, so this is my first impression: Very clean and seemingly well-stocked. The store was well-lit, which is a plus. I just needed to get a broom -- the employee quickly told me the aisle and I got out of there quickly. I wouldn't shop here to cover all my grocery needs, but there are certainly other items that are pretty decent prices, even compared to Target/Wal-Mart. Compared to Viva, the next closest alternative, shop here if you can. The young black guy at the front was really helpful and seemed involved with the community and customers, which is always nice to see, especially in this area."
"I usually have a great experience at this location.... when the Female manager is working. Apparently, my time, money, and personal health needs are not as important as they are for the immature, rude, and wildly unprofessional, young man working under management this evening. Close to closing does not mean closed. You trying to close up and get everyone out before your shift has ended does not fly. The hours are posted and, despite what you have planned for the evening, some of us have lives and Families to care for, and depend on those last moments to do so after, ALSO, working all day. I'm thinking that you are probably not to blame, if you were raised with zero manners, raised with manners and just flat out dont have respect for the customers who provide your job security, on top of, clearly, not having had proper training as your boss allowed for the blatantly unprofessional, creepy, one sided banter to carry on without intervention. However, you are now grown so its time for you to take responsibility for your own actions. Listen here, son... I am not your friend, I am not here for you to toy with because you hate your job.... I am your customer, and the reason you get to use earned money. You were disrespectful, biased toward other customers, while, I don't know, talking smack to me, whining... because you have to put merchandise away that I decided not to get because of your attitude the entire time I was there. This was from entering until exiting. When a customer has a question, you don't come back with riddled sarcasm. The customer isn't always right, but making fun and confusing them wastes their time, keeps them from wanting to spend money towards your paycheck, and is ignorantly rude because it wastes your time too. Learn how to act professionally and find some class. Dont you want to take pride in your work ethic? I certainly would feel much more comfortable and would have shopped smarter and faster had you embraced any professionalism whatsoever, instead of letting me know, strongly, that you were being mean on purpose because you petulantly couldn't sit still for another, less than, 10 minutes. Come correct or do not come at all. Come with pride in what you do, for you. 'Else, what good are you to yourself or any of you customers?"
