"GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY OWNERS BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE AND EVEN AGREEING TO MAKE A DEAL! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! I got my husbands suit here for a wedding he was in and saw how unprofessional Matt and his wife were throughout the entire suit experience. They both made promises that were not fulfilled and made so many false promises. Would highly recommend never stepping foot in this buisness. “Suit packages” that were mentioned during the initial conversations were never met. Was told 5 pieces in packages and only got 3. Anytime you address a problem or issue Matt would deny he even made those deals. If you do decide to take the horrible risk of shopping here get everything on paper and signed before stepping out the building."

"Disastrous Suit Rental Experience at Savage Suiting - Avoid at All Costs! My best friend and his bride had the misfortune of renting suits from Savage Suiting for their wedding. From the outset, the experience was marred by unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The owner, Matthew, displayed a dismissive, arrogant, apathetic, and sour attitude throughout our interactions. He gave us (the groomsmen) inconsistent linens with mismatching shirts and ties from random brands. Although he acknowledged his mistake and promised to provide a solution, he eventually ghosted the groom after telling him to forget about the issue and to never contact him again! Most importantly, the suits provided for the father of the groom and the father of the bride were ill-fitting with incorrect materials and colors. This caused immense stress and disappointment on such a significant occasion. Both families were extremely disappointed. Despite acknowledging their mistake, Matthew and his wife refused to issue a refund. They completely ignored our attempts to communicate and have ceased all contact. This lack of accountability and customer service is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Savage Suiting for any suit rental needs. Their unprofessional conduct, subpar product quality, and abysmal customer service make them a company to be avoided at all costs. There are numerous other reputable suit rental establishments that value their customers and strive to provide a positive experience. Choose wisely and avoid the aggravation and disappointment we faced at Savage Suiting."
