"I visited the outlet store twice this month as my family was in town from Switzerland. The quality of the clothes is great but unfortunately, the staff is not friendly at all. When we enter the store all the staff were in the cashier's just talking and laughing! We got to the back of the store and asked to find out about a bigger size of pants in the sale rack. One of the employees was very rude and told us that "whatever was in front of us was the only sizes on sale. I was very surprised because they were not busy at all and were very unwilling to help. They were more interested in their conversation than in serving customers. Since nobody seemed interested in selling anything, we decided to go to Levi's instead. The corporation needs to have these employees go back to customers service training."

"I bought a pair of jeans for my husband on Sunday but shortly after looking around other stores he changed his mind on the jeans so we went back to return the item. We were told that their policy is NO REFUNDS and that all sales are final. There are no signs in the entire store that says that. The employee says that it says it on the receipt. I told her that by the time I got the receipt, I already paid so what good does that do. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm going to look into this to see if this is legal."
