"I have shopped at men's warehouse for my husband and son for two decades including at a minimum of six different stores in California and Nevada. However, the manager at this store was so rude and horrible, I will never shop at a MW again. This man needs to be fired. He is ruining this store and has no business working in a customer service related job."

"I came in looking for a custom tailored suit. Two different employees informed me about the custom suits options they have. My fiancé and I were left to decide what brand and colors we wanted to go with. Gavin saw we were overwhelmed and started asking us questions. He informed me the custom suit option would take minimum four months. A year ago I was told custom tailored suits would take minimum four weeks. I went in thinking I had enough time for my suit. My fiancé and I agreed on piecing a suit together from the options the store had. The store got quite busy. Gavin tried his best to keep attending us and other customers. Not only did he help me piece together a whole suit for my wedding he also gave me various tips. As a short guy and on the heavy side I tend to have a hard time finding clothes that will fit the way I like. He definitely paid attention to that detail and helped me feel confident. I rate the store 3/5 and Gavin’s help 5/5."
