"Not happy with the service.Had got measured ,said it would be ready in a few days ,and it was. Pick up went horrible. Now,I can see having maybe one measurement wrong but three.?The sales person by the name of Juan tried to find a shirt to fit but gave this whacked reason why they only had certain sizes and that’s all he could do I thought I looked like some sort of Belero dancer or something. So the shirt wasn’t right nor the length of pants,and yes the jacket arm length was short. Told me the jacket was to be flown in from another state that it would be in no more then 3 days hopefully.. Needless to say I actually had to call to see if arrived and it did .The one great thing of it all was the young lady working that evening of the pick up. She was very helpful and guess what ?she went to the back brought out three shirts to pick from they all were a perfect fit.! . Why Juan couldn’ handle that task is beyond me.Her name ?I don’t remember but she’s a teacher by day. Another member of the weeding also did business there I found out later about.Guess what? Yes he also had issues.For the record I’ve never filled a complaint in any form or fashion in my life this is the first. Because it was my son’s Weeding and time was valuable it put a few bumps in the road for me. That being said I had no choice to take action."

"I can't say I'm a fan of the Asian girl that was at the front desk with the attitude like I'm impeding on her day by not knowing exactly how to say I need to be fitted for an upcoming wedding. If you don't want to deal with ignorant customers that rarely walk into a Men's Warehouse to complete a transaction then maybe customer service is not for you. I do have to appreciate Armando for his professionalism and assistance in completing the process though. Giving some positive personality to a frustrating beginning. We were able to figure out my fitment and I was provided with some options to my suit. Making sure things felt right and ensuring every detail was triple checked before checking out is greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Armando."

Great customer service, gave great options and his opinion which helped a lot, Luis knows his stuff. I greatly appreciate their assist and efforts in getting me sorted out with my attire.
