"I picked up my pants to have them altered on Monday. I agreed to pick them up on Thursday, and I picked them up at 4pm on Thursday. I haven’t started changing them yet, so I asked her when will they be ready? She said she would have to wait for more than an hour. I said I would go get a massage and come back to get it. It would be around 6 o'clock. She said they would close at 6 o'clock. She looked at you sideways while talking. The key was her attitude. It was really arrogant and delayed. Others don't do anything for several days, and their attitude is extremely arrogant."
