"I had an issue securing a refund on a cancelled item through VKwear. Due to my ignorance in not understanding third party relationships related to Walmart, I went after the merchant VKwear instead of Walmart who owed the refund not VKwear. VKwear was instrumental in giving me the correct information on getting my refund. I accused VKwear of fraudulent business practices, deceptive advertising and that they were not a reputable company even though they've done business for 70 years. I am owning my mistake and retracting the original review. I feel they are a good company to deal with and low prices makes them five star in my book. If anyone has an issue through 3rd party purchases through Walmart, they are responsible for the refunds not the merchants! My apologies to VKwear."

"Jacket was cheaply made it ripped like a piece of paper when I put it on. I returned it they gave me a partial refund because it was damaged not my fault. I had to contact Ebay to get my money back. Then they take negative reviews off so people will still buy the stuff. False advertisement you think oh this a good place but they hiding the negative reviews. I will not recommend this place to anybody."
