"My son purchased a pair of Black loafers yesterday. He selected the shoe and asked for a 8 1/2 or 9. The owner or person at the register told him here is a 9. My son paid the owner or sales person at the register. He was not provided a receipt. I asked him right away to get it. The person refused to give one. So we left. Get home he tries on the suit and shoes. The shoes are too big. Look at the box . It is a 91/2 way too big. His father took him back downtown this morning. The guys refuse to exchange the shoes shoes. They have not been worn still wrapped on the paper with tape on the tassel. He kept shouting rudely you have no receipt. My son explained You never gave us one. They are rude and treaded us unfairly after spending our money with them. Dont shop here."
