"As a stylist in Los Angeles for over two decades, I had previously only dealt regularly with the Todd Snyder store in NY. My friend had to swing by the Grove location to pick up a shirt for her husband, and I was beyond pleasantly surprised! The entire vibe of the store is the perfect combination of laid back, cool, and chic. We were warmly greeted by Champ upon arrival, followed closely behind by Madeline and Najah. They were all so incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and helpful, without being pushy at all. Christian orchestrated my friend’s pickup seamlessly and Champ and Najah explained the Studio Service protocol for their particular store.It was such a pleasure to visit, and I’m very much looking forward to doing business there again in the near future. Todd Snyder is lucky to have such a fantastic team!"

"This place is great and my favorite shop at the Grove. I have spent far too much money here but I can't stop. I thought I would miss J. Crew when it left this space but Todd Snyder has erased the memory completely. The clothes are extraordinarily beautiful and, though a bit pricey, the quality more than makes up for it. I buy a lot of birthday gifts for friends and they have never been disappointed. Employees are always terrific, friendly and helpful. Devon especially went out of his way to patiently help out with a shoe purchase when I was there this morning and I probably shouldn't have but I bought both pair. Oh, well. Just too good to pass up."

Davon - the assistant manager was so helpful he even suggested a couple items that my boyfriend ended up loving! The clothes fit perfect for someone tall and fit and pretty stylish with the modern trend. If you ever stop by ask for Davon you won’t regret it, I know I didn’t and I’ll definitely be back!!!!"
