Throughout the years it’s know that 80% of their costumers around the world are jewish and Israeli people all over the world and to have clothes that support a day of terror upon the jewish people is shameful!!! so i ask you to stand with the jewish people and not buy from a company that supports terror in the world ! thats only one of the items !!! shame on them!!! for the jewish families that lost their loved ones on 7/10 in israel don't shop zara until they put a stop to this ! i hope you at your corporate offices will read this review ! shame on you!!!"

"The worst zara location in California! This store is always messy and disorganized. Long lines at the cashier. Maria - manager from men's department is not helpfull, professional and understanding. Sorry but worst experience at Zara, never was treated like that. Would give this location Zero stars...Maria - Zero stars, she might be at the wrong job."

"i will NEVER come to zara again even tho i love their clothing. fitting rooms are closed so you have to buy and return anything that doesn’t fit (annoying in itself)! when you go back to return the line wraps around half the store. i’ve been waiting for 45 min. they only have 2 cashiers working meanwhile they have like 6 associates running around the floor doing little!"

"The worst Zara EVER!!! The manager is rude and didn’t help at all. I tried 5x to return a pants that I bought the wrong size ( I spent a lot of money there, and I just wanted to return ONE item), but I’m working 7 days a week and I can only go mornings, and the store is opening at 12pm, so I asked my boyfriend to go, he went there, and they needed my card, so he had to go other day, so he went literally next day with my card they said they couldn’t do the return because it passed 2 days of the 30 days limit. That was soooo disrespectful. I will never come back again. The store is a full mess, manager rude… Super unprofessional. Plus, every time we had to wait 30min to get in the store + 30-40min waiting to get at the cashier. Soooo annoying."

"ZARA as a company has to have the worst cashiers or system installed. Literally the longest I have ever seen. However, they are consistently this way. If you look at my other reviews. It is very clear ZARA needs something better then this. The line to pay is outside the store."
