"This company does not make returns in store easy at all. I walked in with an item I ordered online and because I did not have the plastic package it was shipped it ( the plastic bag everyone throws away) they refused to return my order. This forces you to go online and pay for a return label. Never have a heard of a business refusing a return because I didn’t have the little plastic bag it was shipped in. Mind you I had all the tags on the item, unworn with my online receipt. Both online customer service and instore have not been friendly. The Northridge location had two women behind the counter who were stand-offish and a bit rude. After experiencing awful customer service online and instore I reached out to their online to at least be given a label for free and they took 3 days to reply with a sorry you’re out of luck email. DO NOT SHOP HERE."

"The times I’ve shopped at this location, I’ve experienced the workers welcoming me with a positive attitude, letting me know of current sales, and making sure I was well attended. Which I have each time I stepped in. This team makes me feel comfortable, fun to talk to, gives honest and positive feed back when putting outfits together. As busy as it can be I’m still being well attended. This is my go to spot when I need something quick, and a bomb fit for the night."
