"do NOT buy from this store -placed an order 5 months ago, was sent a tracking number that showed as not yet shipped, reached out several times but no response at all! The contact methods available on their website are useless. I was lucky it was just $90 and not a really expensive order. Some of their products are quite unique and appealing but will stick to AliExpress dupes from now on. At least over at AX you get your money back if the order is not shipped. Bad bad bad experience, a business that sells such expensive stuff should at least have some form of customer service."

"Be extremely careful when ordering from here. Certain items are not returnable even if unopened and unused. You could easily waste your money (wasn't an issue before in the physical store because you could check out the product before ordering). Beware of toxic materials too - some items are body safe, some are not. Additionally, if you apply a discount, it can invalidate certain discounts on the individual items. That is, you apply a percent off discount, and the price of the items go up! With no obvious way to undo the discount. They still have good products, and I've bought some amazing items from them! But i think in the future I'm going to use other retailers. Without the physical location 665 is a less attractive option for me."

"The products are great and my husband and I have purchased lots of merchandise over the years from this company and have been thrilled with our online purchases. However, we were recently in California and thought it would be amazing to go to their physical store front in person and drove over 45 minutes out of our way to experience 665's store only to find out the info on their Google page was wrong. They have no real store front anymore and only have just a warehouse. What a complete and utter waste of our time. Could not be more upset. It is going to be a while before we buy from 665 again."

"I was a long-time customer when it was under the previous ownership, and since then it's gone down. I ordered a bunch of items online recently that took forever to arrive, and when they did, the leather quality was way down from years past. It was thinner and more like plastic on a number of items. Even the scent was chemical and not a rich leather aroma like before. I returned all of the items in their original packaging (plastic baggies that I only opened to inspect them), tags attached and unworn, and out of a $245 order, I only got $196 back after "re-stocking fees". Nearly $50 in loss for nothing. Plus, they require you call them for a "Return Authorization" number for a return or they "won't accept" returns and there was no prepaid return form like so many websites. Their alternatives like Rough Trade, Mr. S., Rubio in NYC, and so many others are superior. The in-person store is somewhat better but still overpriced. I miss the "old quality" of the previous owners. They need better leather quality sourcing and improved customer service operations and policies."

"went with a buddy bent on replacing a harness he had recently stolen from him. first off let me say the store is so tiny but wow man did they make use of every inch possible and it all flowed very well. not only did my buddy find the harness he wanted but they customized it to his specific body absolutely free of charge and in less time than it took for me to pick my nose. The staff was friendly once you got them talking and very experience and knowledgeable about what their products. Very impressed now if they could just only bring down the prices a little bit, that would be great."
