"I got there about 5 minutes early for my take-out and I was told my orders not ready. Which is fine so I waited. I waited for about 25 minutes. Went back to the front and asked if they can check on the order. The lady at the front said I think it's over there. It was sitting on a shelf. Maybe they called me and I didn't hear, but why just let me wait there for food that's ready? She knew it was my food right after I asked.. and I was sitting right there.. why not just tell me?.. that's just simple customer service. Even though my food was cold it still tasted good so the cooks deserve praise and are the only reason I'm not giving a one star."
