"Just got home from the store. I arrived there at 9:12pm. The doors were locked. There were signs for hours up for the upcoming holidays. I decided to call and a man answered the phone saying they closed at 9 and there should be a sign outside on the door. I told him there wasn’t the only signs outside were the holiday hours and he said well we close at 9. I said well online it says 10, he got an attitude and said “ma’am I don’t control what it says online I don’t control that but we close at 9, at this point other customers were walking up asking the same thing saying they closed at 10. If this is so please find a way to change the info online so people aren’t wasting their time and gas coming to the store. And if it’s not so and you close at 10, then those employees should be held accountable for closing the store early for their benefit."

"I sadly see this99 cent store declining. They young adults that are at the register have attitudes & don't seem as if they want to be there. They talk & play while ringing up customers. So customers service is low. Most of them are walking around doing nothing while the store is looking a mess. There are were thing that should ha e been in the refrigerator but sitting out for who knows how long which mean if it get put back that day someone could very well buy something that is almost or actually no go and bacteria filled. I use to like come here to this one leaving the bank & before getting ice cream, but most of the time not I pass. They need a meeting with a management who 1 knows what's going on or 1 eho cares about their business. I told the young person smile, greet & politely receive & hand back the customers form of payment. Tossing it where all the change drop then having the customers reach over to gather it isn't ok. You never know when there will be a mystery shopper in the store."

"The store isn’t bad, but they don’t have enough cashiers. I went in last night looking for little Halloween stuff and there wasn’t really much Halloween stuff. There were only two cashiers. But the lines moved a little faster than I expected."
