"We order 22 tamales on 8/13/23 when they open. The tamales had this weird texture color brownish on them & inside cheese was brownish color my husband says there old. I was very disappointed, waste of money we threw them away we didn't want to get sick. I don't think I would come back here to buy tamales again you think there fresh but there not. We live in Sacramento going on a family trip we always stop there to grab last minute stuff. They use to have the best tamales. The worker's they act like they don't want to be there no smile!"

"Hardens me to type this but I fell in this store accidentally about a month ago.. they had a cooler with meat leakingi n the middle isle by the butcher section.. I walked in between this cooler and pallet to view the meat selection and when I turned around to see if my daughter was still close.. I fell.. not knowing what was happening, I grabbed onto something and twisted my body falling again. The staff laughed and refused to help me. I picked myself up and hobbled to the Customer Service desk where I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager who needed a translator to speak to me. I have not received any apologies or phone calls back from this company regarding my incident. I decided to take it here because I could've been an elderly person it happened to. To be laughed at instead of helped is very concerning.. but to not receive a callback as if to be ignored is bad business!"
