"I dropped into Friedman's one afternoon with no plans to buy a refrigerator. Thanks to their wonderful floor salesperson, Iggy, I left with an amazing deal on a floor model Bosch 800 series which was swiftly delivered to my home on Russian Hill in SF! I love this place! So worth the drive over the bridge. Iggy is the best -- relaxed, warm, empathic (he really listens to what you need and asks great questions to help clarify what is best for your space, habits etc). He is knowledgeable and conveys information simply, clearly and honestly (seems like he would rather have me happy than have a sale...) Iggy gave me a great deal on the floor model which had a small, shallow dent (size of a dime) on the front middle drawer--which I cover with my favorite magnet of a dove by Magritte. How could I pass up such an opportunity! Shipping and set up was so easy. My old heavy fridge was hauled away (stairs, turns and a really steep hill) Iggy handled everything and took the time to check in on me as a courtesy after installation. I am going to buy a hood from him soon and then a Wolf 30 inch range -- Thank you Friedman's and above all thank you Iggy--I trust you 100% and it's such a relief to have so much support since I am a new and solo home owner with lots of plans for my kitchen and laundry areas... Now about the fridge: I love my new Bosch French Door 800 Series 36 counter depth with its sleek Art Deco lines that works perfect in my 1920s condo! So much to praise--The VitaFreshPro technology, the beautiful lighting, glass shelves, interior chilled water dispenser (with a fabulous filtration add-on) . What sold me though was the middle veggie drawer which keeps my veggies fresh far longer than a crisper drawer ever has. Iggy advised me to get a little filter thing add on that absorbs ethalene that fruits emit that hastens spoilage that and above all the humidity control has given my most fragile greens a much longer life. Like 500% at least longer. That matters when you plan your schedule around the farmers' markets."
