"I enjoyed the shopping experience today here in San Mateo. So cool seeing a progress bar on a tv so I knew exactly where the shoes are. Wasn’t as fast to receive them but I understand they had a lot of customers to also help out."

"WELL... By looking at all the reviews looks like im not the first one to experinced the customer service in this location. Overall the experince was terrible I worked in retail customer service for over 10+ years and never seen this tpye of poor service. When First walking in the gentlemen in the front did not greet coming in or leaving , he was on his phone the entire time not helping or asking if anyone needed a size. Second!! by the register the manager / key holder i believe was cursing on the floor to his staff!!! I have been a manger for so many years i would never let my staff speak like this on the floor. Not sure who did the hiring at this location but terrible lol.. Anyways hopefully they see this review and fix the areas that need to be fixed beacuse this experince was horrible. LETS DO BETTER GUYS!!"

"Came to check out the mall and saw this store across the Lego store. Looked inside everything looks clean and folded neatly. I did manage to find an awesome hoodie for only 30$ but the service was not it. I went to the register and the guy at cashier saw me and when I walked up he said a couple of words but so faintly as if he was mumbling and just looked at me. I didn’t understand so I just put the hoodie over the counter for him to scan it but then says, “is that the only thing”but in a louder and angrier tone and just starts to shake his head and laughs whilst also muttering some words. I just didn’t say anything and wanted to get out of the store as soon as possible and never want to come back here again. I would rather go to footlocker they are more friendlier and offer more help than these employees here."

"Me and my girlfriend came to look at a pair of shoes, the guy confirms that they have them, says have a seat someone will bring them out in a few minutes. 20 minutes go by and I flag the guy down again, he says sorry we don't have your size. I said was anyone gonna tell us that?? How long would we have sat there making eye contact with the employee as he's walking around before anyone told us they don't have the shoes?? Poor service"

"Nice assortment of everyday shoes and collectors shoes. The layout of the store makes it easy to shop. Men's women's and kids shoes are available. The apparel is in the back of the shop."
