"Do not purchase from this location. They sell used items as new. I purchased an open box excellent refrigerator online. The description said no missing parts, in original packaging, may be missing user manual. It was a $500 savings but I had to pick up in store as they did not offer delivery on open box. I hired 2 guys and paid $150 for them to pick it up and put it in my home. When we arrived to pick it up it was not in any packaging, had there small dents and was missing the water filter as well as all paperwork. It was a good deal and I already committed to the helpers so I accepted it in the condition it was. 24 hours after it was put in it's final location I plugged it in and set the temperature . This was a Monday. The fridge never cooled. I called to diagnose the problem but all I was hearing was you can return it. I didn't want to spend another $250 to take it back to the store if it was just a simple matter. They couldn't send out a tech until Friday. The geek squad came out on Friday and took a look and said based on the dirt buildup on the fan that this unit had been running for some time, weeks or months. I was sold something used I thought was new . I tried to call the outlet but all calls are redirected to the national line and all they said was all you can do is return it without any compensation for misleading me in thinking it was new. All I wanted was them to pick up the non working unit so I didn't have to shell out another $150; they refused."

"Have been in the market for a french door fridge for some time and found an LG open box here on the Best Buy website. Plenty of parking in the lot in a very unassuming Best Buy Outlet store which was very quiet the day I went because it was the NFC Championship. Over 50+ open box gorgeous refrigerators organized by width / capacity, along with many other appliances. We were greeted by Shawn who first helped us get an idea of where to look and answer question, and then Chris also popped in after we were browsing around. It was great having the check ins and also the space to look around. We forgot our measuring tape but fortunately, Chris let us use one of the 2 at the front desk to measure a few fridges. We landed on an incredible deal, $650 for an LG french door stainless steel with an ice maker just right for our home size (with of course some cosmetic dimples) Easy to set up and make an appointment for delivery ($100) and install ($25) with a mandatory new water line ($30), and haul away of old fridge ($60) which we declined the latter. Got the date we wanted, and the 12-hour window of 7am-7pm shortened as the delivery date got closer. The movers worked with us and our tight SF home and we're friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Loved that Best Buy also sent continued messages with resources/tips to prepare us for delivery day including how to prep our space, updated window delivery times, and a phone call the day of before delivery, and a tracker for you to check where you are in the delivery line."

"The best deals on high end appliances and good customer service. They have a wide range of options to choose from. Because it's an outlet virtually everything there has been returned for one reason or another. Sometimes small dents or scratches so if you know where it's going to fit you can choose something with damage that will be hidden against a wall. Sometimes the items were used once, but everything works. Shawn was very helpful.(Yes, I asked him if it was okay to use his name in the review) He took the time to walk us through all the options. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy anything. He told us all kinds of tips and about scenarios he'd seen with other customers. Since we saw things we liked we decided to buy because there's no holds and no guarantee you'll see the same items the next time you go in. They're inventory is always changing since everything is a one off. I recently purchased a refrigerator 70% off retail and it looks and works great. I also purchased a dishwasher at 60% off that was never used and didn't have any damage. It was missing the mounting kit and the original purchaser returned it for unknown reasons. If you are able to pick it up yourself I recommend it. I also recommend that before you go you take all the measurements of the space, your current appliance, and take some photos of where it will go. We were prepared and it made the experience easy. There were other customers in the store that weren't prepared and weren't sure if things were going to fit. When they go back the item they want might not be there. The delivery service doesn't tell you what time they'll be there on your scheduled delivery day until the night before so you can't make plans and basically ruin a whole day. The guys who did the delivery were good, safe and efficient. It's just how the service is managed is really bad."

"Very friendly service staff were patient with me taking my time on deciding which model washer and dryer were best for me. Got a great price and was affordable then if purchased new vs a item that had one minimal scratch that wasn't noticeable. Used them for 2 months now and I love them. They also helped with carry out to our vehicle."
