"A quaint smaller food market with a big heart and a friendly smile. Being from out of town and unknowledgeable in the layout of the store, we were guided to the items we were looking for. Prices appeared to be competitive, and items were fresh and appealing in appearance."

"Got an ice cream cake for my grandson. I chose Raley’s because I assumed it would be quality. Boy was I wrong! Looks like it fell off a truck and was freezer burnt. I expected way better, especially for $42! Raley’s Red Bluff should be embarrassed and I’ll never equate them with quality again."

"There are a lot of things I love about Raley's in Red Bluff. First off is the employees are all friendly and helpful. I like their deli counter, sandwiches and fried chicken but often the line is too long to wait in. You see people who are working in the area and they should be trained to come and help reduce the customers wait. It is amazing how long a sandwich can take to make at times. Their meat is always fresh and I can always find what I am looking for. I am a single person so I appreciate that I can find smaller packages of things. I even got a small prime rib roast last year that was perfect for one person and I am hoping for the same this year. Not having to buy a family size pack of chicken or some kind of beef is important to me. Their produce is always fresh and lovely. Their bakery has lovely desserts to pick from and they are fresh and so tasty. The floral department always has a good selection of beautiful flowers and plants. I have purchased many for gifts from them and also for myself. I have a coleus that I purchased last spring that is still going and we are into the winter weather now. They also carry many things that I can not find on the shelves of other stores in our area. All this and more keeps me coming back. I have been a long time Raley's shopper since back in my San Jose days."

"Amber in the bakery is by far the most efficient worker I've seen. She puts amazing work into her cakes and pasties leaving me to constantly crave some. Usually I'm not big on cakes but by far Amber makes the best cakes I've ever tasted in years of baking and trying new treats."

"I will never use self ck out again. After spending close to $90 in reg check line...deli forgot my potatoes. Came back yo deli almost out of wedges...$1.73. Went to self ck out..very busy. My turn, scan deli bag, used my Raleys reward card, selected no bags and inserted one at a time a total of $2 bills. Machine not working. Called the young lady over, opened machine, retrieved $1.25 and expected me to pay the rest. I said u owe me money. She says I didn't see u put $2.00 in the machine. Worst self ck out. Never again!!"
