"The lady in front that took my order, takes her job too seriously paid about $3 for an ice cream cone. She said she couldn’t add Oreo bits I told her to charge me extra that it’s on the screen. So she did then she put very little Oreo bits on my cone , I told her to just hand me the bits in a cup she proceeded adding them herself and making a mess . Bad customer service"

"The service quick and efficient. The food was hot and just prepared for our order. Fries were crispy too. Yum. Drive thru moved along quickly too. The business was kept well also. Clean outside . Thanks for good drive thru order made properly."

"I went through the drive-through at 630 in the morning trying to order. There were only two cars that had already gotten their order and were at the window already. I was told to wait a minute by the lady who was taking my order. However, right as I was told to wait, another car came up by the other lane, and the lady took that customer order first while I was already waiting for a good minute. After they took that customer order, I continued to wait for another 7, almost 8 minutes, but they still haven't taken my order. I tried talking through the mic, but no one answered no I backed up and left. I called this poor customer service."

"This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this restaurant conducts business. I'm disabled and went through the drive thru to place an order however I ended up short by 19 cents. Told the gal at the window I'd pulled around and pay inside so I wouldn't hold up the line. It took only a minute or two to pull around to the front Only to have an employee lock up on me before I could get inside to pay. So from the parking lot I called the restaurant to tell them I was outside and wanted to pay the 19 cents only to be told that my order had already been canceled and my debit card would be refunded in 14 days!! Over 19 cents!!! At no point was I ever rude with the employees. They have no respect for their customers and especially not for those who are disabled. Definitely makes me view McDonald's in a whole new way and light. And I don't mean that in a good way."

"Ordered my food to go. Always good based on what was ordered. I got a little confused on the buy 1 get 1 for a dollar on the egg sausage Mcgriddle. But it was explained properly. I'll always eat food from McDonald's since it's good, fast and courteous service."
