"I enjoy the majority of the restaurants in Palm Springs but have been looking forward to visiting Johannes for some time. I finally had some friends from out of town and we were able to get reservations. Johannes is by far a step above the other restaurants and worth every penny! The service is spot on. The server explained in detail a delightful variety of specials for the day along with information about any dish we asked about. She memorized everything we ordered and came back with everything perfect! The food was incredibly pleasing to the eye, stunningly full portions, that were equally incredibly delicious! We shared escargot for an appetizer and tiramisu for dessert. Both excellent! I will be frequenting Johannes much more often, even if it's just me eating at the bar. All the food is impeccable. There is an extensive schnitzel menu that has only compared to my favorite restaurants in Munich. You won't be disappointed with this place!!"
