"We started off at the Philz coffee across the street and suspiciously walked in thinking it’s just an urban outfitters, calling this store that would be a disgrace and I’m sorry to have even thought that. I liked how they didn’t have big sale or annoying ads everywhere. The inside of the store was classy, clean, and very on the elegance side. Right away we were greeted by Jonah, who inquired what brought us in today and how to help us. Jonah was absolutely wonderful in providing his professional thoughts and opinions without forcing us to buy anything. Jonah wouldn’t let me walk out the door without the proper fitment which I appreciated and needed because I was tired of buying dozens of clothes that all didn’t fit right somewhere. After couple of try ons we figured out my desired fitment, it fit so well that I ended up walking around the store in the pants and almost forgot to take it off before leaving as that’s how comfy the clothing was. The prices seem very reasonable for the quality of the clothing and I hope to buy more stuff from here as they look like they will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend this place and their customer service should be the new standard for all. Will definitely be coming back to this store and brand as they definitely go above and beyond."

I should have asked their names because they deserve a shoutout. They helped me find the right fit of a dress shirt, the right cut of pants, and the perfect t-shirt. I'm a person who likes basic, no-frills clothes...and I can get high-quality pieces here that feel built to last. I hate shopping, I'm so glad to have found a place where I can come work with people who want their clients to look and FEEL their best. So I’ve been coming to Bonobos for a couple years now and can say their clothing is timeless, durable, and the customizations in the fit make them my go to threads fresh out of the wash or when I wanna look great and feel fantastic. The key is the personal service. At this location I’ve worked with Nikki, Becca, and Jonah and they’re all a delight. I explain my no-frills style and they offer suggestions and guidance. I don’t feel “sold” here, just nudged. When my clothes come I have them delivered to the store so I can return them if they aren’t the right fit (which basically never happens) and to see if anything else new came in. Wore a bonobos suit at my wedding and will continue to visit them a couple times a year to add to my collection."
