"Poor customer service. Dishonest company. Stay away from PWS- The Laundry Company. This company is selling defective parts. We purchase 2 parts from this company and neither of the parts worked. I contacted PWS - The Laundry Company to get the parts replaced and was told that the parts were covered under the warranty. However, when I reached out to the warranty department I have been unable to reach anyone... Every time I contacted the warranty Department nobody answers the phone, or the phone is answered and then the person hangs up on us without answering. We also reached out to Char Hilton & Anayeli at PWS - The Laundry via several emails. Both Char Hilton and Anayeli are dishonest business people. They do not treat their customers well. When you first call to make a purchase the employees are very nice and friendly... Char Hilton even sends you an email after purchase asking customers to put a good review on Yelp in exchange for a "gift" (which ends up being a discount coupon that you cannot use). DO NOT SHOP at PWS- The Laundry Company. Poor Service. Poor Customer Service. Poor Management. Defective parts."
