"David was fantastic and helped plan our delivery around our difficult schedule. I unfortunately have to change my review from a 5 to a 1. The TV console arrived on Tuesday, I built it on Saturday (way too many pieces) and the cheap particle board on the legs crumbled on both when I put them on. The hardware came straight out. I chatted on Sunday with customer service and was told items can only be exchanged in first 72 hours, otherwise they absolutely do not warrant their product. So even though this is defective, and unusable, they will do nothing. I purchased another unit at another store and will be filling a BBB complaint. Bad business. Do not shop here."

By the time we arrived it was a getting near closing time and despite that we were greeted by a friendly team member named Marie. Without feeling rushed or pressured, she thoughtfully listened to our needs and showed us specific pieces that fit our aesthetic. Marie was very personable and informative and made the entire process seamless from piece selection to information on financing/available promotions and even specific delivery times. Highly recommend and will be back to this location again soon."

"We came into Ashley furniture and were greeted by Marie. I told her I was there to use a store credit immediately asked me for my name so she could look up the details. As we looked around she was an outstanding employee I never felt pressured by her I ended up getting an entrainment center. She was very helpful in getting my delivery date and even went the extra mile to help us with a the delivery and set up. If it wasn’t for her help I would of honestly just let my 400.00 store credit go to waste. Thanks Marie you are amazing and very helpful I will definitely come back to see you!"
