The only thing positive I have experienced when dealing with Verizon, is the gentlemen named David in the Alpine store. All others are subpar and pathetic. Verizon, you should be ashamed. At least you have one employee that stands out above the rest. David is the only reason why this rating isn't negative to the infinity power."

"Best Verizon store I have ever been to. Gary was the one who helped me, and he was fantastic. There was another man working with him who was also very helpful as well. Gary was very knowledgeable, and very matter-of-fact about what I needed and what we could do to make it happen. I ended up purchasing the newest phone on the market, as well as a charger, cable, screen protector and case. It wasn't cheap, but his humor honestly made it a lot easier. I am appreciative and will return to this location."
