"I placed a online order on July 26th, it is now SEPTEMBER 7TH and I still don't have my order. The Man who answers the phone is rude, won't look up my order and just tells me they are behind & give them another week. How much time do you need it's over a month now. Nobody responds to my emails. HORRIBLE Customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EDIT.... I finally received my order in mid OCTOBER. It just showed up at my door never received a email saying it was sent or a tracking number. 90% of my order was fine I was sent a navy blue sweater but I Ordered a black one. I decided to just keep it because it would probably take another 3 months to replace it and because it's already mid-October and it's starting to get cold and my child needs it. why didn't I just buy another somewhere else you ask, well because of covid I couldn't afford it just like so many other families."

"This does appear to be a warehouse that sells Dickie's, but there's no clear entrance or hours posted. Also attached to a screen printing shop, I assume they might work in tandem. Parking lot in front, unclear whether it's open to customers. A mystery store!"
