"Calling the attention of Big 5 Management by Banning, California branch. This is the first time we experienced this! We wanna voice out our worst horrible experienced from one of your worker name "Amber" she was very rude, sarcastic, unprofessional and sour face not only to us but prior ahead of us she was helping gentleman first we thought and considered maybe she had a long day, not until she did the same thing to us. But then again you accept that job as a frontliner worker and you are supposed to be the company's asset by providing good quality of service. We wanna let you know we walked in into your store not just to buy worth $1.00 item but instead we walked out with more than that amount. But it doesn't matter how much your customer will spent, the most important is to give the respect that they deserves as a customer and as a person. Without your customer you don't have extra paycheck that comes into your bank account. Being respectful and nice to people is free and it's not that difficult. "0" point is the rating we will definitely give. Worst ever experienced from her!"
"Well, the store definitely looks bigger on the inside. It was the last day on one of their sale with the Bearpaw boots. I was going to go to buy the cloud II, which I had gotten a pair at a different store. They were out of the color I wanted. It also turns out I grabbed the wrong size. Then my mother-in-law asked what I was doing, and I explained it to her, and I showed her a few that were on sale. So she gave me money. And the way I went. I had no problem finding her shoes, but the only thing was they had the regular prices showing. So I figured I would just have to show them the ones in the app. The store is set up really nicely and easy to maneuver through the aisles, but I was surprised that bear paws that I was getting were on a shelf facing the back wall towards camping. Grab the pair that I wanted, and my mom's pair rang up cheaper than the sales price. It also happened on my pair. Plus, I got an additional 10% off each pair. I signed up for email alerts, and I get a lot of good coupons from it and a lot of good deals. Josh, the cashier was very friendly and so were the other two employees. My mom likes her chocolate brown short bear paws."
"This location is great, good location for me, competitive pricing and have what I need in stock. The employees are great. They are very helpful, professional and pleasant. I will be coming back to this store for sure."
