"We bought a black wok. After first use it was all scratched and has a brown, rusty colored residue on the surface. We returned it and requested to change it to stainless but was charged 25% restocking fee. Item was low quality and staff was not helpful."

"I'm usually not a person who gives anyone bad reviews, but in this case I have no choice. I'm a regular customer who frequently shops here for supplies I need for my business. Even though it is still during the quarantine phase of the Covid19 pandemic, their hours according to Google maps is from 9-3pm. I arrived at the store at 220pm just to get a knife sharpener and low and behold, they had the doors locked but the open sign is lit up bright in the window. If there are suppose to be a set time frame for business hours, You may want to think about staying open until said time. I'm a little disappointed since I am suppose to be cooking dinner for a personal client and really needed the sharpener. Dull knives is not the way to prepare food for a chef. Thanks"

"So I bought this Touch-less towel dispenser, it's been a few weeks since that and recently opened to find out the batteries are not in the box !! Guess they are really desperate to make some extra money by stealing their customers... such a shame as the box clearly says they are included...."
