"Absolutely the worst experience ever. The pharmacy associates are extremely rude. I was nothing but polite and they had the worst attitude. I will NEVER shop here again I usually go elsewhere but the prescription was sent here GO Somewhere else if tou can"

"Maria Zuniga at the Geer Rd store is the BEST! She went out of her way to assist me when another pharm tech present at the counter had dismissed the concern. Maria solved the issue and furnished needed medication! Nicely done Maria!!! Tk u"

"There was seemingly only one person working the drive through and the counter, and he was so kind and patient with everyone that he helped. He went the extra mile for me and the other people in line before me, and it made getting my prescription after a long night at urgent care a lot less miserable."

"My 70 year old Mother went in to place an order for a picture to be turned into a canvas and she asked this lady who worked at the photo section to help her and the lady rolled her eyes and started to degrade her then told her to come back in 30 minutes then an hour and then turns out she didn't even order a canvas just a picture. When she came to pick up the canvas and to her dismay ended up being just a plain photo the lady said oh well and she would have to pay again so my mother just took the photo. Then when she needed to use the restroom and the lady in pharmacy had to open the door and was very upset and made sure my mother knew how annoyed they were with her. Shame on Walgreens for treating elders with disrespect. I only wish I was there to help her. I will be contacting corporate and clearly something needs to be done at this walgreens with all the negative reviews. I live out of state and in a bad side of town and my walgreens have such great employees that know customer service better than this one in Turlock."

"The Pharmacy Department seems to be unorganized and lacking of common sense customer service. Their Drive Thru pick up line is as long as their in store line always. If someone’s prescription is not ready let them know and have them come back in the amount of time it will be ready however this is not what is done. They have that person wait in line while the Rep is doing other stuff keeping all others in line waiting. Keep the line moving folks it’s not hard. The same scenario happens inside, like I said before keep the line moving folks use your common sense. If someone’s order is not ready let them know and help the next person in line. Prescriptions take way too long to fill also, calls take way to long to be answered. Let’s gets some more staff or get Turlock Another Walgreens to help the current situation. The one star is because in the end when we’ve needed a prescription we did get it at the end of all the caos. Thank you."
