"I've experienced excellent customer service with the help of Rajan. I brought in a pants to get it altered so that it would fit me better. Surprisingly they were able to get the job done in 48 hours! The day I came to pick up my pants, Rajan encouraged me to try on the pants to see if that is what I wanted and he was able to get to my exact measurements without charging extra for my miscalculation. "5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD The store looks like it belongs in an art gallery (everything is perfect), suits, tuxedos, cufflinks, ties, vests in stock - better quality than most suits I've seen and better pricing as well. Excellent service (I REALLY MEAN THIS). I brought my Armani tuxedo here to prep for my wedding (the length was long, sleeves were long, it would bunch up in the back because of my chubby muscular structure, the pants were baggy and long... it needed it all). The tux is now done... I cannot believe this is same tux that I brought in. After trying it on I had to call my parents right then and there to show them how amazing I looked (I'm not young but my parents are still my parents hehe). My bride-to-be is soo gorgeous... I knew I haddd to look nice in this tux. After I came home and took a closer look at the tux, I couldn't believe how nice the work was. I called back and asked if we could meet again... I had 8 shirts and 2 pants that needed to be tailored, all were completed in around 8-10 days. They now have my designer leather jacket (sleeves were long). They are also shortening the sleeves on a few more shirts that I brought in, AND I ended up buying a suit jacket from here as well, the nicest jacket I now own... will post a picture upon picking it up so look forward to my followup. I started as a customer but now consider myself a friend. Over the years I have accumulated many designer pieces of clothing, and as I continue to buy more I will continue come here as long as I’m invited, trust is most important to me, my clothes are not cheap. My clothes now look like they were made for my body, each piece falls on me nicely. Now I wear my clothes, they do not wear me. Yes, tailoring makes the difference, but not just any tailor.... you definitely want to build a relationship HERE."
