John was an absolute pleasure to work with and he ensured that I got exactly the pots that I needed. He went above and beyond to be warm, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely come in when they have sales going on, otherwise you’ll be paying a very pretty penny here. But the quality is unbeatable!"

"Customer service here is.. interesting. The franchise owner of this store may want to rethink staffing strategy here, just in case stuff like annual sales revenue is something they care about. Three associates standing around the front of the store with their backs facing customers is not a good representation of this brand.. An excellent brand, but a brand that is sold in a wide variety of B&M stores, and online. Personally, if I were the owner of this store and saw today's performance, I'd clean house."

"I had a disappointing experience at the store when I went in to purchase a new set of pans. The employees were extremely rude right from the start. I was asked if I was lost and in the right place, which felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. I left immediately after that encounter. I'm unsure if it was meant as a poor attempt at a joke or if it was something more serious, like blatant racism towards my foreign wife. Regardless, I've made up my mind never to return to this store, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options as well"
