"I like this location better than Perris but I don't like that fat, male cashier that treated me like a thief for returning an extra set of party lights I didn't need."
"I have to start off by saying I love harbor freight but the customer service I received was more than terrible. Ironically Justin the supervisor, supervisored his aggressiveness and lack of patience with me. I tried buying a tool box that didn’t fit in our commercial work van. He became aggressive instead of being easy going about it. I am amazed that he is a supervisor. I own a business and understand what customer service means"
"Nice big store with tons of stock. The place where you go to get things that other stores don't have. We bought RV tow lights and the price was unbeatable."
"I was delighted to find out that they allow dogs in the store like Home Depot and Lowe’s does. I like brining my dog to places like this because it’s good practice for her socialization skills and her training . I brought my dog in yesterday to pick up carving tools (I think they’re meant for clay) for my pumpkin . The cashier was so nice and complimented my dogs behavior and manners and then gave her a treat :) She was so happy to get that treat! Thanks so much for making her (and me) feel welcome!"
"Avoid having to go here the cashier whom did not want to give me his name was unbelievably rude, such a disgusting interaction, he is white, very plump and old. He has absolutely no work ethic, and no customer service skills at all. He got the items i was paying and threw them towards me, i left because he actually made me feel unsafe. They are tools, why throw them? I didn't know if he was already on something but i rather leave than keep putting up with his attitude."
