"The carts all had wonky wheels that were very noisy. Literally every cart we passed in the store had them! Also, check out lime at least 15 Carta deep and only 4 registers running. Waited to pay longer than we shopped"

"Edit: now going to pick up the 2 ITEMS it took them FOREVER to bag, I go to the “pick up zone”and it’s only one line for exchanges and returns this place is a joke, why does the person at the counter never call for back up and it’s 30 people in line? This is the only Target I deal with this at! Beyond tired of the excuses waiting for something that is described as a “quick pick up” JOKE! I have better luck driving to the Lakewood mall Target 0/10 Placed an order for pick up and it was never made but you gladly took my money, trash location and is always slow"

"This Target isn’t the same how it used to be. Nothing is restocked when I go and I go very frequently. The workers are not very attentive and always responding with an attitude when I have a question. The costumer service at the starbucks inside is terrible. I get getting an attitude when I order something. Overall I don’t like the ambiance the staff are giving to their costumers. Please do better!"

"Let me preface my review by saying that I love this target location and spend an ample amount of time here. I stop in on average, once a week and have been doing so for more than a year. Target is my happy place. I have cultivated a decent relationship with a few of the members that work here and am usually satisfied with the service. Today I stopped in to exchange diapers for my little one. I stockpiled before they were born and spent roughly $500 on diapers however they outgrew them so fast that I couldn’t use most of them. While trying to exchange some of the diapers, a woman named Shaunda (name that was provided, not sure if accurate) was at the member service counter. She made the process very difficult and told me I was unable to exchange or return my items. She offered me no alternatives and basically told me that I needed to cart the 5 boxes of diapers back to my car because there was nothing that could be done. All while I was handling a very fussy baby. I asked for a manager and although she did call for one, they were not available. She then tells me that she needs to take her lunch and someone would help once they could. I waited at the counter for quite some time and felt that she should have verified that someone was on the way before leaving me there. This whole experience left me quite disappointed. I love shopping here but felt so embarrassed and disregarded when my request was quite simple. Eventually, another employee walked up and asked if I needed help with anything. He was kind and was able to resolve my problem with no issues which led me to believe that Shaunda just didn’t care to help me. I wish I had gotten his name but my focus wasn’t there at the time."

"I love Target ....I always get what I went in for, plus usually come out with $50 of other purchases. Prices are average in comparison to stores of the same caliber. I use their drive up service alot and they have never made a mistake with my orders. The employees that work the drive up are all super nice and quick to load your order .I was and am so pleased with this service that it's the way I shop now unless i want to browse the store."
