"I remember back in the day when service was much better! Customer service morale has absolutely dropped at Best buy.. at all Best buys! Associates run the other direction when they see customers instead of engaging and helping them... Phone calls seem to be more important to associates than actual customers in the store. If an employee doesn't know where to find an item, they just say they don't think they have it. No research no effort no customer service at all. Best buy has fallen from the amazing company it was back when I worked there in 2005. Now it's a former shell of itself and makes one miss the likes of Circuit City and Fry's electronics. If you don't change The way you do things pretty soon you'll be just like all those other companies..."

"Jesse went the extra mile in helping me. He was very humble and patient. However, there are many phones missing that are not on display. Plus, I have always gotten help from the geek squad in other locations especially, because I did buy the phone and Sim card through Best Buy. They also said they couldn't help me, because I bought the phone at a different location. If it is the same owner of best buy why not help me here. I have never struggled so much just to get the Mint deal running for my phone and then come to find out that I wasn't even given the correct Sim card of the buy three months and get three months free. I was charged for it, but not provided for what I pay for. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! Side note: I have two accounts through Best Buy and I have spent thousands of dollars buying TVs, appliances, phones, and more. Sometimes I wouldn't care if it was registered on the system that I bought it. I would just go in and buy it cash. But so far in most locations these blue shirt people who are required to help do not help at ALL! This is why the owner of Amazon became a billionaire then trillions because they have great customer service. You don't have to argue with the blue shirt representative that you want a certain deal that was not given to you. Plus, it is cheaper through Amazon. There are other great online apps too."

"I'll spare you all the details but there is no Expert and no Service here. There very much need to change thier sign, 'Expert Service". Apparently "staging" is an abyss. Even when 5 people can see the item, has my name on it, I'm pointing to it, and I paid for it hours ago. I'm sitting watching 10 employees barely work, the store is closed, I'm 20 feet from my item, and no one can figure out how to get the single item. The supervisor needs to THINK, he'll go further in life."

"Generally disorganized with a lack of displays, staff, or anything helpful. Asked for help in the camera section after finding a staff member, no one ever came to assist. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but every product was marked “to purchase this item go to checkout or see a blue shirt”. When I finally found a staff member, they were out of stock of every item I asked for. Not a good experience."
