"Don't shop here during covid, if you get sick or have to quarantine they won't help you out if you go past the 45 day policy. If I had to do it all over again sick or not I would have just went in and got the $160 back ."

"I shop here all the time and I’ve never had an issue with them or their shoes at all. The store manager needs to learn how to speak more professionally or have more patients with people. She was rude with me from the jump which I didn’t address to her. I just wanted to exchange the shoe for a different shoe because these are in poor condition. The top of the shoe is flat initiating that they where crushed or something. She refused a exchange because I didn’t have a receipt but their online policy says different (they have the choice) but I literally just got these Friday. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. When I call the store and read their policy to her she then states she’s willing to give me a exchange. This “manager” needs to learn how to manager her communication skills and have better service."
