"Soon as me and my sister walk in the young female with the wheelies greeted us very politely. I love that even though she was helping with another customer she dis nit ignore us. Whole time we were there she was very attentive. She is everywhere, she is not just standing acting like she is busy she is from one side of the store to the other trying ro help as many people as she can. Others, do no for this description. For wheelie girl you get 4 stars wish I can give 5 but the others need to work a little harder."

"Terrible costumer service. Liers. When they say it would take like 2 minutes well you have to wait 25 minutes even if you say your in a hurry. Oh and ya you don't even get a shoe because they lie to you. I'm not saying all of them are terrible but just this particular place is just terrible. By the way if you are staying waiting for a shoe and you stay there for over 18 minutes they are just using you for money and costumers. Shoe palace if you hear this you lost a costumer and you need to step up your game because I already told everyone about my experience in you dumb store so your lost over 18 costumers in about 1 day. Hey it is not my falt that your losing costumers it is pretty much your fault so go ahead you at your employees but it is really your fault so come @ me if you hate me. By the way your employees are great just not the way you tranied them so if you want to make you and your employees look like a rock well then ok."
