"We went to this store to get my boyfriend a pair of Chukkas. The guy working was super nice, and answered all of our questions. They didn't have the shoes we wanted (because most stores don't carry wide sizes, not their fault) but they were happy to order them for us. We ended up getting a second style of boot as well, and the guy even made sure we got the right stuff for product care. If you're in the market for some high quality work boots, this is the place to go."

"I've been wearing red wing boots for serveral years and have never had a problem with the quality of the boot or the retailers selling them until I started dealing with Beck's. My wife bought be a pair of boots for Christmas and by April a hole had appeared in the leather at the toe. I called the store and talked to the manager. He immediately got defensive with me and said it's normal wear and tear. Even though I've bought three pairs of boots from him, he was very disrespectful and confrontational. I did not feel like a valued customer. He has zero customer service and does not stand behind his product. I DO NOT recommend buying boots from this store."
