"First and LAST time ever coming here. I ordered pickup and it was supposed to be picked up from 8:30-9 and I was there waiting for 15min and I called the store and a guy answered. Put me on hold for 5min. Then some lady came to my car and said there was no order yet I showed them I had one. They tried to make it seem like they didn’t have the order but I know they didn’t prepare my order and tried to fool me. Waste of time. NEVER AGAIN."

"Ralph's on Saviers road. Not only the best store to do your shopping for a various things, not just food. Excellent customer service."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Produce is excellent. Fairly good variety of items. Sales are sometimes worthwhile, especially in meat department. Unfortunately, prices are obscenely high. For the most part I avoid shopping there for that reason. Ralphs makes exorbitant profits. Its prices reflect pure greed."

"The problem with this store is the smell of cigarette smoke. The other night I left this store and there was a smoker standing at the exit. I go home and my clothing and hair smell of smoke. Another night I get home and step out of my car and I smell cigarette smoke. Tonight I get home I smelled it again but this time in my house. I figured out that is coming in on my shoes from their parking lot. I spent an hour trying to get rid of the smell off my floors (which gives me asthma attacks and headaches). And it is this store as I don’t have the problem unless I visit this store. Update: although this store is a source of smoke (the smokers standing at exits) I found out that my roommate gave a ride to someone who lives with a smoker so that is the primary source of the smoke. Second and third hand smoke is a big problem!"
