"I have called about screwdrivers on a key chain, the young man said that he held them at the check stand, came in a man went to front and got them and brought them to the back register, bought 2 of them. With great customer service I had, i will be back for sure. Alright keep up the great work that you do. "Great hardware store with a selection that's bigger than what you might think from the outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I don't remember not being greeted and asked if I needed help. You don't get that at the big box stores. Give them a try before you go to the chain stores."

"Closes earlier than what is posted. Store hours say on the store door as well as online that Sunday it closes at 5pm. I arrived 4:45, store was already closed. That is waste of my time coming here just to go back. While I was outside writing this review several other customers came and were also disappointed. Also I have following complaints: 1. Staff is usually neither friendly nor helpful, Torrance store staff has both these qualities, but that is extra drive for me. 2. Staff is also not very knowledgeable. They don't even know what is in there store and what is not. 3. Online orders take forever to pick. It would be faster for me to come and just find things myself then waiting for the workers to find my order. If they are competing with Home Depot or Lowes, but they are much smaller, at least they can provide friendly and efficient customer service which the big stores are missing. What a waste of Sunday... 15 minutes drive + 10 minutes writing this review."
