"I am disappointed, the website shows that the Argentine shrimp is available, however none is in the freezer. In fact no wild shrimp is available, only the Indonesian sewage pond farmed raised garbage. Going to Ventura Vons on the Avenue, I found nice wild caught Key West Gulf shrimp."

"Last 5 times I've been in store they have been out of ad items, it's bad order writing and from what I hear they have auto orders so seems they are not adjusting shelf stock due to errors of theft and not ringing up items correctly, also with theft it's crazy going in store when high school gets out because tons of kids come in and steal, I literally stopped 1 cause it felt like the right thing to do, Like get some door men help to be aware because it's just getting worse, why do we rest need to pay for items then? Price goes up cuz of this"

"Vons App! We usually spend 200.00 shopping weekly. I save 40 -80.00 easily! I have redeemed reward points on paper towels, charcoal, eggs, and trash bags ( sented onesk)! The best part is that you can use multiple rewards on the same shopping trip. Who does not love FREE?"

"I don't usually come to this Vons but I usually always shop at other locations. There was product stocking going all around the store that morning (November 19). Me and my gf noticed many of the employees were busy chatting with each other instead of working. This Vons is weirdly layout compared to other locations. We were looking for lunch but since it was so different from other Vons we were doing circles and when we walking back again to another isle, I slipped on split milk on the floor. The customers were more concerned than the employees. After that all one of the employees did was rush me to pay for my one item and leave. My gf was irate that no of the employees asked if I was ok or if anything need to be filed for a fall. We didn't finish looking but at that point it was too much to keep being in the store."

"The staff and checkers are great. Service is courteous. There is definitely a small town vibe here, which I like. My only criticism is that the selection is very poor....the poorest I've ever seen in a Vons market or ANY chain supermarket, for that matter. There are so many empty racks and shelves throughout the store on an almost continuous basis. They really need to work on keeping their store restocked."
