"The girl they have there gives terrible service, I asked her for a size, she told me that I'll bring it right now, she went directly to the desk, I waited 10 minutes and went to where she was and she was on tik. -ok, really? are you on tiktok? I thought she was looking for my size! I asked her about my shoe and she said "sorry we don't have it". And why didn't you inform me? and she just ignored me. I asked another employee and he brought it."
"Absolutely no customer service, I walked in and 2 employees were standing there sharing photos on their phone, no hello, no can I help you….nothing! as someone who’s been in customer service for years this will destroy a business. With the intent of purchasing 2 pairs of shoes, I walked out with nothing."
"Can be a bit rude but so far good. I've been going there for l I keep 5 or 6 years already. Since then they have remodeled it. The workers there are never there to long. Almost like every time I go there is new workers or a new worker. In I go there like every month or every other month."
"I went to buy a bunch of shoes and shorts and this other sales person came up and asked if I wanted a t-shirt, I said yes, and after paying and getting home I realized they charged me and put 8 t-shirts on the pile of stuff I purchased. My ticket was about 700, without the t-shirts it would have been little less than 500. So I went to take them back (I never take stuff back), and they refused, I feel conned, I only authorized one t-shirt, he took advantage of me buying a lot of items. The corporation itself might not be the bad ones here, but their policies, and commission employees certainly allow for these things to happen. We will never go back to any of these stores."
